Pep Guardiola to Move Out of £8.5m Barcelona Mansion After Split from Wife Cristina

By   Milcah   Tanimu

Pep Guardiola will move out of his £8.5 million mansion in Barcelona after splitting from his wife, Cristina Serra. The couple, who had been together for 30 years, decided to part ways, with reports confirming the news on January 15, 2024.

Guardiola, who shares three grown children with Cristina, typically returns to the luxury family home when visiting Barcelona from Manchester. He purchased the four-storey mansion in February 2021 for €10 million (£8.4 million). Cristina plans to remain in the home, while Guardiola intends to find a new residence in Barcelona for his visits.

The property, formerly owned by Mexican footballer Rafa Marquez, spans over 22,000 square feet and features an 8,000-square-foot living space. It includes a large swimming pool and offers complete privacy, nestled on the outskirts of Barcelona.

Guardiola will continue residing in Manchester at Deansgate CitySuites, a private apartment complex, when not in Spain.

Cristina, who returned to Barcelona in 2021 after living in Manchester, has remained in the mansion. Despite the separation, the couple spent Christmas together with their three children: Maria (24), Marius (22), and Valentina (17).
