Tallen reiterates commitment to promote rights of women, vulnerable persons

Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen has reiterated the Ministry’s commitment to promote the rights of Nigerian women and the vulnerable persons in the country.

Tallen conveyed this in  her new year and appreciation messages signed and made available to Daybreak today.

In her message, she reinstated her commitment in line with the mission of the ministry to serve as the national vehicle to bring about speedy and healthy development of Nigerian women in the mainstream of national development as well as promote the rights of the socially vulnerable in the society.

Meanwhile, the minister further enjoined Nigerians to beware of  COVID-19 because it  is real, adding that they flatten the curve by observing all laid down protocols to be safe.

Dame Tallen prayed for a prosperous new year full of exploits in the areas of innovations that will set the  nation on a positive course and growth.
