Ramadan: Over 1,000 Kano Residents Benefit from Aliyu Care Foundation Food OutreachTakes Up Education Sponsorship of Two Children

The (ACF) has commenced the distribution of cooked meals to the less privileged across Kano State as part of its humanitarian outreach during the holy month of Ramadan.

The initiative is being carried out under the leadership of the foundation’s founder, Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas.

According to a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Okpani Jacob Onjewu Dickson, and dated Tuesday, February 24, 2025, the foundation has also undertaken the sponsorship of the education of two children from less privileged families.

The official launch of the programme took place in Tudun Wada Local Government Area of , where the outreach was formally inaugurated. The event attracted thousands of Islamic scholars, community leaders, stakeholders, and members of the public.

More than 1,000 residents benefited from the distribution of food items during the exercise.

The foundation described the effort as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting compassion, sharing, and social responsibility in the spirit of Ramadan.
