Hsieh from Taiwan Secures Fourth Wimbledon Doubles Title

Hsieh Su-wei, a talented tennis player from Taiwan, achieved her fourth Wimbledon women’s doubles title by partnering with Barbora Strycova from the Czech Republic. In the final match, they faced off against the third-seeded duo of Storm Hunter and Elise Mertens.

Hsieh and Strycova displayed excellent teamwork and skill throughout the match, ultimately emerging victorious with a final score of 7-5, 6-4 against the Australian-Belgian pair. This victory adds to Hsieh’s impressive collection of Wimbledon doubles titles, having previously won in 2013 with Peng Shuai, in 2019 with Strycova, and two years ago alongside Mertens.

In addition to her successes at Wimbledon, Hsieh has also achieved two French Open doubles championships. The first came in 2014 with Peng, while her most recent victory took place last month with Wang Xinyu. Hsieh’s consistent performances and ability to excel alongside different partners highlight her remarkable talent and versatility in doubles tennis.
