In an address to the participants during the induction ceremony, Mr. J.V. Gungune, the Plant Director of Dangote Cement Plant in Obajana, articulated that the selected youths were drawn from the neighboring communities of Oyo, Iwaa, Apata, and Obajana in Kogi.

This initiative is geared towards endowing the youths with valuable skills while simultaneously nurturing entrepreneurial development within the regions it caters to.
